Our Service Agents have a big part to play in providing quality service to our customers.
You'll prepare our cars to the highest standards, deliver cars to customers and greet customers when they return. You may also have to check the vehicle for damage and sensitively but firmly raise the subject of the customer's damage liability.
As you'd expect, this takes tact, openness and a calm approach - so it's vital that you've worked face-to-face with customers.
To be successful you must also perform brilliantly every time, even when you're under pressure. You'll also need an eye for detail and excellent customer service skills.
