To be successful in this role you must be a natural leader, leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service to meet and beat targets.

As you'd expect, it's a big job. For example, you'll need experience of managing a budget and have the ability to utilise resources to the full. But it's not just about keeping an eye on costs. Key to success in this role is the ability to identify and deliver on opportunities to increase business levels.

If you are excited about this opportunity and you have relevant management experience in a similar demanding environment, such as hospitality and retail, you may well be the right person for the job.
